Privacy Policy

The short version

Epoch DPS has no accounts, no logins, and collects no personal information. What we do record is anonymous tool usage: the build codes you analyze and the settings you choose, plus any feedback you submit. That's it.

What we collect

• Usage telemetry.When you analyze a build we log the lastepochtools planner code, the tool settings in effect (target, toggles, designated primary skill, item-roll mode), and a timestamp. Planner codes are already-public links; they contain game-character data, not personal data. We use this to find modeling gaps and improve the calculator's defaults.
• Feedback submissions.Reports are anonymous: the category, your description, an optional clip link, the build code, and a snapshot of the tool's computed output. There is no account or contact field, and no reply mechanism.
• Anonymous traffic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.

What we don't collect

• No names, emails, or account credentials.
• No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers (if that ever changes, this policy and a consent banner will say so first).
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties.

Where data lives

Telemetry and feedback are stored in a Supabase database and reviewed by the site owner to triage accuracy reports and improve the tool. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare and Vercel, our hosting providers, which process IP addresses transiently as part of serving and protecting the site (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
